Dont fall the Bonuses. No one has ever recieved it in the office. You have to aply for the CL leave two months prior which is not approved also a day b4 and given you extra work on purpose on prior day of you leave and threaten to cancel the leave if you don't finish the work. And Two week b4 for PL. So no job security To my knowledge 4 people have been fired. Management is always right however how much you explain. I have learnt that the notice period is 90 and you salaries are held since the day you resign till your F&F. Imagine 60 day with out salary. No much you can learn as there are no experienced person from whom you can learn. Aswell theres no promotion in this position. Looking at

. They had worst HR she was acting as though she is boss , i don't know how mangement doesn't know about this .i personally was uncomfortable , boss and mangement are good why so much attitude to HR , i guess now she isn't working over there . They must have a project manager as a developer itself or else making non devloper as project manager is wrong thing because he can't understand much of things just deploying doesn't make sense.
