Deoleo is our pride. when companies were busy in throwing out employees for cost cutting in my company no salary cut, no incentives cut. work from home in lock down period longest among FMCG companies just because of safety of employees. employees health is first priority, company proved it. I have never seen this kind of caring in my career. Hatts off to the management of Deoleo.

Nothing .. There is complete politics in the Deoleo, people are judged only on the basis of perception, the HR has no role, the NSM-Deepak Verma rules as a dictator, whoever is right according to his perception is right, otherwise he is out of the company

There is no respect for old employees. NSM are hiring people from their old companies.

Only thing they are good at is tricking candidate joining organisation basis false Job description. Candidate interview for one position & upon joining handed over other position. Your mental torture begin from there only.

Please don't join Finance Department. It is so toxic that you will regret joining it. Please save your mental being & career, I had committed mistake , I don’t want you to go through that same torture. Filthy politics in finance department will not just screw your ability of delivering best performance but also you will be constantly targeted, humiliated in their weekly meetings. There is No Job Security , you will be constantly threatened of sacking by HR & Finance Head.

Work Culture - Company Trusts Every Employee and Empowers to deliver the results, a pure MNC culture with lot of empathy. Job Security - Employee gets the comfort to work for company without any thinking of what will happen to his job. Management - management including all the cross functional team supports all the employees by doing their job religiously and on time which boost the morale of everyone in the company. Company Policies - Uniform policies and with scope for due consideration of the individual needs of an employee which is more of employee centric.

Everything seems perfect with Deoleo as people make difference and has got right set of people on top to take care of the growing business which needs to build the independent identity as a country. Long way to go.
