Wonderful working environment, they are doing a great job. It's a startup so you shouldn't expect much of a fancy office but yeah they provide a good salary and awesome bonuses. I started from a nominal package of Rs 3.0 L.P.A and within 2 years they raised my package to 14.5 L.P.A. plus 4 promotions. The management acknowledges employee's hard work.

Concept is good. My salary was 3.6 L.P.A but with incentives it when beyond 5.5 L.P.A. It's not a big company but people here are really cooperative, growth opportunities are good. Monthly Targets are easily achievable.
