... Firstly there is no leave on sunday or any other day off. Only 2 leaves mothly. And of sudden if you want sat off they will cut you 2 days salary for no reason. Now they have started giving 1 sunday off. Pathetic environment. They will make you suffer untill you leave . Their assistants are lazy . Will tell everyone not to join. See some other option for your self.

excellent environment and growth... opportunity to learn new treatments. Will be mentored by senior doctor. I was mentored by Dr.Rizwana .. experienced and helpful . Timings... ofcourse u r a doctor ..and can't expect a 9 to 5 job. So yes timings are bit hectic but good if u r a dedicated doctor...and if you looking for 9 to 5 type job.. then No.

Jas dental was one of my first semi corporate places to work with.....Me being a specialist as well as general dentist...here they don't know the value of specialist.....all they know is to loot from patients..... management us very very poor......HR is managed by a narrow minded female fousiya who just plays with all the docs bitching spreading a very bad environment to work with.....feel very sorry to say this though I have never differentiated btwn any religion and stuff they try to superiorise u by their religion.....all of them come together corner ize general doctors( apart from their religion ) and take them out.....n the is a female dr.rizwana who is too egoistic to understand that she has to learn rgi ga first and stop giving average treatment to the patients... Sadly the main dentist who owns the branch is too blinded by these people to see things ..they never look out the best for patients.....I know it all is the attitude of the community....setting targets , making things competitive is good to certain extent but as a doctor ones vision should always be in the best of the patients treatment...which is lacking here....overall I learnt a good lesson here wer I shouldn't be working... which is harmful for one's individual growth and career...Not very good for one's growth....follow quack dentistry.....Do not pay on time to the employees....u can just give a start to ur career....that's all.....please do not join this firm as there is zero learning capabality and growth.....one will definitely learn gossiping and bitching from this firm.....they really need to look into their management and the group of doctors and watch them out....no job security they can ask u to leave anytime zero payment....they promise something and don't live up to it....

The best part about JAS dental is Dr basha. He is amicable and humble person. Helps you in growing in your field and teaches you just not about dentistry but moral and etical values too. I have learned a lot from sir . Thanks for his guidance . His pedagogy is awsum . We can manage our work and life . Work environment here is cheerful and working towards goals. In any challenging situation everyone is always there with you. If you are a diligent person and passionate about dentistry then this the right place for you.

Nothing much but one weekly off should be there.
