Better product and R&D facility is most better from competitor. HR department is very Sincere and all time active. Always ready for helping. HR head is very gentleman and try to solve your problem. Accounts Head is same , all time ready for helping.

Dispatch department's some persons is not active . We are facing the dispatch problem, so materials not reach in proper time. Our Reporting Manager decision.

It is a disciplined company. Senior employees have a sense of cooperation with junior employees in their good work style. Employees working in this company complete their work with their best experience. In this company, one gets to do and learn new tasks with high quality.

Work Environment is very good in Demech, Seniors are helpful and knowledgeable in their field. I am happy to work with my senior and our accounts team. Management is good and look after the skill development of employees.

Company should think about family Mediclaim facility to supporting staff also.
