Didn't acknowledge my resignation and didn't gave my salary and experience letter as well took a cheque from me said will give after completing 11 months did when I ask about my cheque they change the policy all of sudden when I ask about my experience letter than they need 3 months of salary then only they will provide me the letter. I will never suggest any one to work their. Lie always if anyone wants to work their ask them to share email.

Everything, No professionalism. You have to learn by your self. I know about the corporate politics, but it is above that. Even the manager doesn't have any experience in recruitment. After complaining no changes seen. I have a Alot to say but I don't want to get into it. If concern person not having a intrest to grow their company then it is better to leave that lind of organisation and grow individual.

Work culture that I'm experiencing here is very comfortable and one can learn more modules along with your specific module. From top officials to bottom there is nothing that I want to complain about.
