Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Owner is good.. but the Management is very poor there is no growth and no benefits... But employees are good here they all are came from the rural areas very honest and lovable people to work with..if somebody looking for a career growth and benefits then this would not be the right place..only for those they just need a job..

Very poor management and also maximum we are dependent on manual work instead of technology

Till I was associated with the organisation 2014 it was superb and working environment was excellent specially with CMD Mr. C.L JAIN Man of word Still I am learning but what ever knowledge today related Accounts and Finance gathered from there only It's good time of my life
