1. No learning at all: B.Com Graduates and CA Qualified doing the same work at same pay. it means the work that is being taken by them can be done by an graduate also. work is basically backend work, no client meeting until you reach at an level, mostly clerical work can be done by Chat gpt. 2. Toxic work environment. If your manager is not able to cope up with your work, she will start rating you bad in the performance appraisal and will conspire behind your back. 3. No Job Security. 4. No work time limit. I ended up working 70 to 80 hours a week still no good feedback. 5 5 days working is a lie. you will end up working 7 days a week in the busy season.

...le others are purely corporate they just think of getting work done at any cost. The compensation benefits are good, they always stay on top compared to other corporates/big 4. Go through the review, take your call. Best of luck in your career

Work life balance is not that good, if you are a person who gets easily bored by monotonous work, this is not a place for you. You end up working almost 14-16 hours a day in busy season and you can't even complain about that as you have to deliver the work within the deadlines.

I request my dear beloved Deloitte to please increase the compensation of from Audit assistants(who are hired on contract basis for 3 months) and also Assistant manager who are hired as qualified CA's.

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out
