Wellbeing allowance of 25k per year, joining bonus. New hire allowance. We have co-location, office parties, but it is not more than work life balance.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, no work life balance. Not worth to join here. For Salesforce mostly have support projects, least development projects. If you get offer first ask for which department they are hiring for and what work they have. Use deloitte offer only to get counter offer but dont join.

Likes

Good salary hike ,various employee benefits. Job security Various engaging and skill learning programs.

Dislikes

1. Promotion takes time basically you need to do multitasking on top of it show your visibility everywhere. You need to go above and beyond then the panel will go for your promotion. 2. Work life balance is nil here . You keep working and getting reward but there is over burden of work. 3. No time to train or learn new things . 4. Constant pressure for hybrid work. Travel time and work load does not align

.... I dont think that there is any issue in job security if you're on a project. The increment and bonus are good as compared to other companies. Have multiple offices in India so people have option to work across recognition.

Dislikes

The promotion process is tricky -It depends more on your networking skills and a bit buttering. Little bit biasness is also there. The people are bit extra workholic and they want people to work more than their capacity.

Salary, skill development, social recognition, party etc all are top class

Dislikes

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out

I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.
