Great place for collaboration and networking. Amazing facilities but restricted usage based on career level. Decent leadership depending on the business you're in. Okay benefits and hybrid work environment.

Dislikes

Not market leaders in terms of compensation. Deloitte plays it safe by staying in top 5 for pay. Promotions happen only if there is enough budget in the business and Business leader's personal preference. Too many rules and restrictions.

The office enviroment is chill and benefits are good. Salary structure doesn't have much variables its mpre refined.

Dislikes

The culture has gone down ut rotts with polictics. Favorite culture has completely taken its place and is considered mandatory in the name of networking.

Compensation and Deloitte really value thier Employees as family Leaves for festivals are at different level and more importantly the collective disconnect where they have 10 days disconnect from work from CHRISTMAS to NEW YEAR

Looks a little dominant on their rules and regulations but that doesn't affects any benefits to employees

...ears of my life. No work life balance a lot of work and very basic compensation. People were asked to leave during 2020 and no bonus and hikes given aswell. I left as soon as I had a better offer.

As everywhere its a bit difficult in growth there are bit ups and downs with peers but it's as everywhere so we need to shine light on ourselves through out the way
