Almost nothing, the culture is like page 3 of newspapers. People do not respect each other and there is cut throat competition due to quarterly appraisal cycles which are not constructive and vague. The variable bonus can really be zero.

Dislikes

The post resignation document retrieval process is a pain and am still chasing for my last month’s salary. The basic documents and payslips are not transferable once you resign since you can no longer send any e mail to your mail ID. Post 2 months of your resignation, if your new employer asks for any set of information from Deloitte, they refuse to share quoting policy. The payslip is very confusing and quotes unnecessary details. Additionally the total working hours always exceeds the quoted, so if anyone plans on joining Deloitte, please forget work life balance. They do not care if you have a baby at home or if you are sick.

Everything from work culture to salary to learning almost everything. My work life is balanced. hence i am working for last 16+ years

Nothing as such for me. Yes many employees are there who do not know how to manage their seniors they start saying YES from the very beginning even if they are not able to cope. Hence they say bad things about the Firm. No company or firm is bad to me. If i am ready to say NO on face and give my best as much I can

You cannot deny for working on weekends. No overtime compensation. Pathetic manager and system. On weekday you need to travel to Parel, Thane and sometimes Ram mandir. No exact job location.

Learning opportunities. Work life balance. Senior level professionals are very helpful. No micromanagement.

There is no increment in your salary if you are working in a contract, may be this is different in different teams. For that you have to be turn as FTE. No benefits for professionals who are working in a contract.

The work life Balance is really good in Deloitte,It's an Employee Friendly organization,salary is decent but Benefits and Policies are really good for a Full time Employee in Deloitte

Salary is lesser than other organisations. Appraisals take time
