The culture is great. 99/100 people you meet are sweet or act sweet at least. It wont go unnoticed when you raise any concern. Less politics. Good diversity. Good flexibility. Great holidays and disconnects. Benefits like smartphones, well being allowances, commute allowance etc.,

...hnical issue or the other. Very late when it comes to adapting new technology. Pay is very less compared to other areas. They don't care to invest in this domain. They aren’t even planning to expand the operations in new Indian locations unlike other areas. The shift timing is 2-11 but they don't give any shift allowances. Bangalore offices are the absolute worst. They have shifted us to our FOURTH office now. Nobody can ever plan their stay near office because you’ll never know when the office location is again going to be changed. The hike is again very less comparatively. Work depends on your luck and which team you end up in.Try to skip this role as this has no future. If at all you are already here, then leave once you get 2 years experienced.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.

Dislikes

No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

...garding the work which we done in the year then they start some cinematic story. Your salary is already high or outside market is done. Your are star performer in the whole year but still something is missing you are not a role model or when they give promotion by mistake Your name will not be in the list. Then manager says computer error.
