The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

Deloitte has a good work culture and work life balance. Also the growth and bonus are very decent. Deloitte has other well being benefits which is an extra benefit for employees.

Deloitte as a company is extremely good. But, my personal experience with the team I worked wasn't good. The temparament of the management doesn't go with Deloitte ideals. It was disappointing.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.
