Good working environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

Toxic management and slowly beginning its non flexible culture. Stopped all goodies, outing in the name of cost cutting. Only work matters for them. They trap workers in the name of promotion. Make them work harder on multiple projects

Many things can be learnt, good for skill development. New and advanced technologies as per industry standards.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture, no work life balance, salary not increased in my team (not sure about other teams), problem in infra as overcrowded place.

1. Not all offering portfolios have lucrative salary. 2. Project mapping not on basis of skill, but on the basis of requirement.
