No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

Your are star performer in the whole year but still something is missing you are not a role model or when they give promotion by mistake Your name will not be in the list. Then manager says computer error.
