Salary was good and perks for employees are good.

Dislikes

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets. Worst managers and worst projects. From my side don't go in the project called CALHeerS or FPACt

Salary on time that's it but no job security, will be forced to leave, full politics ,Ministers can work here

Quality drastically reduced Full politics with zero job security,forced to leave Inefficient , incapable managers You will be asked to work as security guard for non all 8-10 inefficient team members and will be forced to leave if disagree any task Silent treatment, mental harassment

Salary, skill development, social recognition, party etc all are top class

Dislikes

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out

I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

No more a place with good work culture, reduced quality ,pay not adjusted to market, becoming another low class service based company. If you are a fresher they will use you very badly just as a backup for the whole team shamelessly all the time without guiding you .

Dislikes

Not giving PTOs to female employees and torturing them. This has become worst. Targeting and putting entire qork on new team members shamelessly without guiding or training them in the internal DDAI vertical.
