Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out

Although it's a project specific thing, but you can manage your work life balance in most of the projects for majority of the days. Company policies are mostly good from well being point of view.

...t. If you are a top tier MBA, Deloitte is definitely not a place for you now. 4. Salary is more than other Big4, but far less than other Tier A consulting firms. 5. Some of the P/D/ADs are very inefficient and slow in getting new client/project/doing regular job, and dependency on them is high. So many times you will get frustrated 6. Now there is nothing left in Deloitte to be proud of.

Job security is terrible, if they want to lay off people they'll do it even for pettiest of reasons without even a warning and even make sure it look like a resignation

The work culture is very bad. Your growth is purely based on your network. It is not based on the good work that you might have done. And there is absolutely no work life balance.

...e enjoys its brand and client it is serving by taking good care of the employee. Perks and compensation is good, hike is good which motivate to excel at work. Yes, work environment is good, smart people at work.

Dislikes

With 7+ years of exp, I can say it's people who make work env enjoyable or toxic. If people around you are not competent or mean minded people you will not enjoy your work and ultimately company. There are times when you will feel you are overloaded but that is everywhere which passes over time.
