...garding the work which we done in the year then they start some cinematic story. Your salary is already high or outside market is done. Your are star performer in the whole year but still something is missing you are not a role model or when they give promotion by mistake Your name will not be in the list. Then manager says computer error.

The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

...ke the company culture. Manager treats employee like a labour working for them. No respect, poor worklife balance, salary and work given to the employee doesnt match. Work given is of seniors level but salary given is literal peanuts..not satisfied..looking for job change.

They pay you above market average but it is offset by your personal life imbalance. Till the time you are performing above average they like you. If it comes down even once you are flagged and then you are done.

... quality of work is better compared to other Big 4 in the global auditing field. The salary is sometimes better than those given in industry.

Dislikes

There has been a 180 degree shift in the culture in the recent times. In the name of cost cuttings, they overload the employees with unmanageable amount of work and in case they fail, the manager has the ability to totally screw your performance review. All of this discourages the employees by indirectly forcing them out, thereby reducing the workforce. There is no work-life balance. It is common for the management to expect employees to work an average of 12 hours a day, many times including weekends. This level of toxicity is not worth any amount of pay, bonus or perks.
