Lot of politics and the management does not address our issues salaries is declared by ke caring growth is low there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joints

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out

...t's the greatest company since it is big4. but the reality is totally different.Long working hours, office politics, toxic work culture, no to very less hikes and pay scale band is the lowest .

Promotion and Salary is completely based on your rating given by team leader. So if you are working hard but your team leader is biased then you will get bad ratings which affects promotion and appraisal.
