Working in Dell technologies has entirely ruined my career and I have no where to go but locked in system for ever. They have inside sales which is more or less a jail where you are heavily loaded transactionally and you wil hardly gather sales knowledge. Work life balance is for name sake in meetings but in reality it's not the best. Overall I can say my career is nosedived in this company. Unless you do bucketing you wil never ever grow

Dell is a great place to start for freshers who can get sufficient income. You would love to work with Dell as the work life balance will be amazing.

Compared with other reputed companies such as Deloitte HP TechMahindra... The salary package will be bit low.
