5 days working and timely salary. No job security and no HR culture in company. The manager has got all power from hiring to firing employees. I have lost my job due to this pandemic because business was not as per expected due to overall market conditions and company didn’t support me save my job. Pathetic work culture and there is immense pressure to achieve your target. Would recommend all job aspirants to look for other opportunities and not join Dell Technologies.

Working in Dell technologies has entirely ruined my career and I have no where to go but locked in system for ever. They have inside sales which is more or less a jail where you are heavily loaded transactionally and you wil hardly gather sales knowledge. Work life balance is for name sake in meetings but in reality it's not the best. Overall I can say my career is nosedived in this company. Unless you do bucketing you wil never ever grow
