    Company have policy for internal movement Company have policy if employee want financial help because of any unplanned situation or if he is willing to study further.

    Company is reserved rights to move you anywhere in India, without revising salary. Either you need to move or leave the company . Enormous pressure in operations as CEO is direct involved and pushing every single metric. Management is not able to understand the ground problems. Peoples are leaving company because of that. 0 employee engagement activities, R&R, team catchups. HR is not having any mechanism to monitor team heads/leaders skills to managing a team and team health.

    Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

    Dislikes

    ...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

    On time salary and job security,learn skills amazing things.

    Work life balance for TL,Alt totally damage health because there was single person can handle entire day which was 5:30 to 8-9 pm. And continuously depression.

    Really enjoyed here learned a lot of things about supply chain and develop my skills day by day.. Doing smart work with smart working tools and gadgets. In the delhivery lots of option available for development skills and learn a lot of new things. Appreciate there training process. Happy to part of the this awesome organization.

    ...re no fix timing. Company need to change there promotion and appraisal process. Company given a best salary package to fresher and new joiner but given minimum salary to there old employees

    1. No work hour limit. You will have to work for minimum 14 hrs. 2. Most Seniors are arrogant type. Until you keep working on their condition you are good after the they will remove you from system. 3. Max employees experience certificate marked dirty by marking lost over them intentionally. I have seen even when laptop was in office was marked lost over the employee. 4. Senior may abuse you. 5. There is lot of pressure on employees to work with minimum manpower in the office. You may have to work single for long time without leave. 6. To take leave means to screw seniors.
