Bad politics & negative environment. Sometimes managers won’t even hesitate before going personal and sabotaging professional grounds just to satisfy their ego. HR interference is less. Which makes even Managers and AMs SMs more powerful No hierarchy, no payslab. 1 Manager is getting 40k and another Manager in same team would be getting 90k.

I have learned lots of things and my communication skill and managing skills are better now. It was a nice experience. Thanks to the whole team of delhivery.

Salary... The only thing that i was not satisfied in this company. Other than it was nice experience.

...de 60 days but they want to hire people on immideate basis which is not logical. they deduct salary if 60days notice not served. perviously company culture was good but now days is going wrose

Work life is proper, good compensation, friendly management, however lacks a bit structure and job delegation. Inspirational peers, works International.

Dislikes

The main drawback are cost and size as most courier companies have strict limits on how large a package can be, meaning that if your parcel exceeds size limits, the courier service will not be able to transport it.

The salary is average but the growth is too low because related to the logistics work. They are work excel with regular shortcut keys cut,copy,paste that's all it. That working process is not useful for the other companies
