The company is not open to innovation and ready to adopt latest technology. It is coincidence that I am a part of this company. This company still working on old fashioned software and not ready to grab new technology. It is a big failure for all the members who are working here.

Compensation is decent, but office atmosphere is not favorable. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, wiich is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

The organisation is the only one of its kind that brings out just magazine, in the country. The Caravan is the high end English Magazine,while others are language magazines targeted at masses.
