...balance is very good, no transfer without request or requirement so stable life. Salary is also handsome after 7th pay commission.

Learning is slow since research oriented and on fields related to military warfare, so technical sources are not open.

It's temporary job nothing but contract job type, in every 3 months ID card renewal, work environment is good along with scientists, total work regarding Indian ballistic missile,

Salary is OK but no extra benefits like PF and less increments Daily routine job roles, No advanced learnings

Being on temporary contract there are not many merits but if you work on permanent basis then you can have lot of facilities and good responsibilities.

Dislikes

As I worked here on contract basis salary was very low, they dont involve you much in development and rarely shares responsibilities. There is not much exposure to new technologies. Work culture is very different from IT companies, Not in bad way.
