Feeling proud to work for country, DRDO Environment is very peaceful , get chance to work with knowledgeable scientists. Learned new skills and work on both hardware software .

Satisfied but salary is not good as compared to private sectors.

Working At GTRE,DRDO gave me a look at what goes at the Central Government Services. It follows all the rules very efficiently but the Organisation is working because of its people who sometimes do it their own way.

Dislikes

This place consists Great,Good and best Scientists and  Officers.There is a practice of Partiality in some sections like How they treat Contract Employee, Apprentices,Casual Labours. This Lab is just like any other Office place. It is Maintained by Humans after all.

No pressure of working , relaxing environment and 5 days working and 9:30 to 5:30 timing. And breakfast, lunch and tea break facilities.

I dislike about it that there is no growth if you want to grow in your career want to learn something new skills.

There are some procedural delays as this is government organisation. There should special provisions to get faster R&D achievement.

When they allot department they didn't consider your course and area of interest they directly aloted where they require the peoples
