Joint family to work with different people. Got chance to learn a lot about various critical structures being constructed at different locations. Was involved in detail check of bills from drawings.

Dislikes

No increment in salary since last 03 yrs. Sometimes unrealistic work pressure comes out which leads to extra work of 10-11 hrs, but no special apprisal or benefits for that.

Seniors are helpful provide all study material and research equipments

The Salary package, I feel working in govt organization (highly qualified people who cleared many exams and interviews) are underpaid.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
