For a permanent employee it is place of heaven...a more relaxed life even from their own house.

Dislikes are only from temporary staff...nothing to learn here...a permanent employee at the lower level has more and more value than a research scholar...discrimination starts from the entry gate...my suggestion, never entre to this organisation for continue your PhD...
