The people are extremely supportive. A lot of learning activities happen every week. We get to work with Engineering students and help them code. Not everyone may enjoy this kind of work, but those who enjoy do get to experience intense intellectual stimulation

It's an amazing place to be part of I was part of deep thought edu-tech ventures during the times of Covid as a Content development Intern. You get to learn a lot of things like leadership lessons, management things, marketing techniques, and a lot more skills. Every fresher should join this organization. The founder is open to listening to you at times he may be a bit angry but you will enjoy it as well. You will have unforgettable memories and life lessons that you will remember every day in your life.

...s work-life balance can be a problem but if you enjoy the work it will be great. As it was Covid and we were Interns we were paid a little less pay but we were paid what was promised. If you are here for a big picture and a cause it will be great fit for you.

"Working at DT is fantastic! The CEO is incredibly supportive and takes the time to talk with us and teach us how to become leaders. We have weekly learning sessions where we acquire new skills, and engaging Socratic dialogues that encourage us to think critically and solve problems together. The best part is our office location - nestled in a beautiful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by hills and monkeys. It feels like working on a college campus with nature all around. Overall, our company prioritizes learning and personal growth, thanks to the management, regular training sessions, and the wonderful environment.

In teaching the use of Socratic Questioning and the Feymann technique has notably simplified topics, aiding my comprehension and fostering leadership growth. The opportunity to be a team leader and to manage a team is given to everyone. The product-based company honed my business acumen and daily reading of HBR articles improved my comprehension skills. I have analyzed behavioral data for over 300 students in projects like "Data Reports Tech". Currently, working on a project Scholar Tech as a data scientist, I am developing a machine learning model to provide live feedback, productizing the white paper process.

Teaching to a aspiring, new generation engineering students helped me to get the management and organisation skills. The methods(Pedagogy) that Deep Thought thought us to use here for students is FEYNMAN TECHNIQUE, SOCRATIC DIALOGUE, PEER TO PEER LEARNING, LEADERSHIP QUALITYS and ENTREPRENEUR SKILLS WITH BUSINESS CONTEXT. This is a product base company so the people here will be innovative and creative to come up with new innovations regarding EduTech technologys.
