- if a intern is interested in techinial aspects and not in personal growth in various dimensions, i may struggle to adapt to the environment -If i am unwilling to develop leadership qualities or work on feedback from peers, i may find it challenging to thrive in this culture.

DT promotes a learning culture. They have a very open system while hiring too. We spend a week observing their online office via zoom meetings and write daily observations during the interview process. Apart from work they have Leadership development initiatives, workshops, socratic dialogues which help a student/fresher develop the right skills to become a good leader in the real world.

Dislikes

Timings and online work hours. The work is held from 5-9 pm for interns which in my opinion is not a great time to keep office. Also, the online work culture makes us feel a bit isolated. Many people find it good, but it was just not for me. Evenings are for going out and taking walks. I much rather prefer a day job and an in office culture.
