In my life this is a very very bed company. No working time ,no job security,no timely salary i never saw this type company. I suggest pls don't choose this company. If you jobless pls spend time with family but don't choose here. RCM behaviour ( vinod Sharma) very very dirty. He tucher everyone without any reason.

This review is based upon Odisha road project, Project manager was very poor and used slang when things get out of his hand, No job security it was all upon the PM's mood and need. Company didn't take any action against his poor management & let their employees suffer.

In this Covid 19 situation company had maintained there staff provided them there salary, and food only.

Dislikes

Job security - company need to take care of there staff so that staff should trust the company and relaxed about there job security if they honestly work. Work Culture- company had to go long way to improve work culture and at present it's under development. Management- there is lot of need to improve in the company management area. Company Policy- I believe every staff should know there company policies so that there know there importance in the company and there accountability towards there company. More at present there is need of a policy for company staff.

compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to week 12 - 16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.Also,there is no individual vehicle for safety department for site travelling purpose, which is a pain some times.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
