Starting with management personnel, cmd sir, directors are very polite and humble. Respect each employee and provide recognition infront of other employees. Very helpful in professional as well as personal front. Bosses are full of industrial knowledge and doesn't shows their bossisiom on juniors. Salary not in time. Generally salary credits after 15th / wait until company RA bill gets credit. Contractor payments are not in time. Unprofessional culture. No value for time. HR ignores to employees after the completion of notice period. FNF not in time.
