No proper knowledge at top management. Lvbians in cluster head level to top management will be washout. Than only the DBS will improve.

Line manager is everything, he decides your rating, increment, bonus. HR is just a yes man to whatever reporting manager says. Lot of good policies on paper but at ground level not much. HR is absolutely not reachable

Appraisal and Salary is less as compared to other banks. Dbs is Singapore bank, so every decision made in Singapore. DTI is worked like service base company who follows the order from Singapore management.

...but in going their expectations & work culture is too worst from MOT by which I worked So, my suggestion is that by seeing salary & company benefits please don't go to DBS

Salary is very less for the employee who stays with them for long time. No good hike for existing employees, instead they hire new employees with less experience and good packages.
