- Get to learn good tech skills, good tech stack - decent culture and chill folks

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

- Bad Pay: They have not done an appraisal since 2023 Aug till this date. Salary is peanuts -Unpaid Internship : They make you work on projects during internship which is unpaid (2k stipend pm you get after internship completion) they also delay onboarding quoting budget issues I have known interns who have worked here for more than 10 months(3,4) on projects unpaid. - Bad Management : The management is absolutely absymal, no KT is provided plus the project managers doesn't understand a thing about software development and have no tech knowledge - Poltics and Partiality : Partiality and politics in play only for Juniors, seniors working on clients can get away with anything,

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
