Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work Pressure is very High.

Good work environment and culture. People's are supportive and helpful. Company policies are good and they give salary on a time and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given the ID card. Salary is not good.
