There is no any liking thing. First it will looks like sooo easy. But afterwards you see the performance of company.

The company is adopts latest technology. It has a government client base. I love the company's setup.

Compensation is not good and growth is also very slow. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes. Also, managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, that's why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. The work pressure is very high on regular basis.

Worst company i have worked, no person life, and working environment is the old employee taking credit of the work done by new even if they don't know the work flow. Boss thinks employee as slave And once you leave he gives instructions not to entertain the employee for any documents or full and final

1)It's good organization to work. 2) All staff and fellow team members are to supportive 3)Director and Managing Director are excellent and good working experience with them 4)Learning lots of new things like communication, online meetings, vendors meeting, outdoor meetings , company also provide external training on IS0 9001 and EMS 14001 5)My role is as QA manager but am also leading here new product development so thanks to organization to give me such good responsibility. 6) I will suggest to every beginner start he/she industrial career from Datamini Technologies India Limited.

1)Company should not appreciate to employee for there improvement, achievements Because of "Appreciation is leads to work with more dignity" 2)Company have not done salary increments from last 3 to 4 years 3) Canteen , Pantry facility not provided by company at least they should offer tea to all staff 4) Company should should be do employee appraisal every year 5) Company not provide any monthly , yearly awards to employee and staff , it's necessary to motivate all operators and employees to work forever with positive attitude. 6) Employee is the good Asets of organization so organization also to do good for employee's
