...OUT THIS COMPANY. I wished I didn't joined this company. Complete waste of time. Join here , you may get good salary along with high bp, sugar, lot of stress. you will always feel how to handle so unethical people.

Unethical People in management, No work life balance. Worse working culture. Can't hear truth. you can get some free disease like Bp Sugar Stress. Expectation are highly unrealistic. average tenure of employee is 1 year or less than that. if you are senior people think thousand time before joining, do some research. No onshore opportunity. It was worse worse worse worse....(thousand time) company of my life.

Nothing to like about. Company can do better but lagging due to pathetic management. Fresher can give try to this company to boost your career in cloud at your own risk.

...ets over if you don't go early for Lunch. Fake promises for retaining candidate. No salary hike just 5%. Majorly depends on manager and HR Management is extremally bad including HR. This company is not for 3+ yr exp people.

For top management company is good. They get attractive salary. And can work in any technology. But for people who are fresher or not that high post. They have no freedom to choose. They don't see what is your expertise and can assign you anywork wheather it has to do anything with your skills or not. And does not have standard guidelines to do work. No paid tools only opensource things they keep.

As freshe everything is good. But after some experience. Better leave because they don't care about you till you put your papers.

...tes you. 5.HR organizes Boring events. And every event Cost cutting is there. 6.Less salary hikes and fake promises by managements 7. Always unprofessional behaviour by managers. 8.Planned leaves are cancelled anytime even if you inform 2 months before. ## IF YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED PERSON AVOID THIS ORGANISATION. Not manu clients. Nepotism prevalent those.close to founders are protected. There IP products eagle and other product.not working as expected 80%manual efforts still need3d but they sell to client saying 100 %no manual effort. DM EXPECTS you to play architect role when your are hired as.Manager

Same as.mentioned in like section promotions issues, less salary, less.clients, pathetic sales team , CTO no capable founder not great and not so keen leadership hence company sold out. No good senior management or leadership
