No work life balance. Too much cost cutting. Manager argue with you if you raised reimbursement like 'Why are you claiming this much amount? How much actually was charged?' Micro management. Manager functional but dives nose in technical. Frequent long and extra working hours. Incompetent and poor management because of which team had to work on weekends. No benefits and perks.

I am worked in a TruBI team in that tema Worst Manager, if you are Tamilan they don't respect you and Target them to give a more Stress. If your Tamilan don't go there. At the Time one fresher girl also there she is marati she also targeted from the manager. Giving a pressure at that finally that girl also Dropped a paper

No salary increment atleast every year minimum rise of salary should be there but I worked for 3 years with 0% hike felt very bad no proper response from HR team they need to fight for their employees.

Very Low Salary No carrier growth BPO like environment on floor, not feel like you are working for Software company No promotion, still if you handle multiple projects successfully
