...n. If you are mangers favourite then you will enjoy living in toxic environment. No proper salary as per your skills, knowledge and work load. I would say in short get experience of only 1 year and switch afterwards it will blunder for you.

Company Culture is Good. Behaviour is the Important thing as per you department. Very best part is learning but there are limits too.

Salary hike Don't know why these company gives less and work more pattern. The insensitive not always for everyone only for few employees even you give you contribution.

... . Work life balance is avarage. I am working in insurance operation department. There is no expections for salary hike or increment of still you work for company last 8 years . I saw that people's they work hardly and give 100% but they still earn around 10k to 13k in hand salary...if you really want to coms here so come for 1 year only after that you should change .

...r for washroom. Everyday up and down happening for girl's bcz of washroom issue. No promotion ,no improvement in salary also,no growth

Their policy of hiring freshers ans give them opportunities. No frustrating work and also less work-load. If you are fresher join and work only for 1-2 years and go for other opportunity you will definitely paid well.

High politics, no salary hike, almost slow career growth. Undeserved managers, they are just relatives of senior management. HR only supportive at the time of hiring but later they become chameleon. Unprofessional and unproductive senior employees who don't like fresh talents to grow may be biased. When you will join you will realise how all the senior management how stab knife in your back.
