...otice period nor the money what they mentioned on their policies, they do fraud. They didn't give my salary and eat my money and ignore the calls and mails.

Salary was given on time only good part in the company

No salary increment atleast every year minimum rise of salary should be there but I worked for 3 years with 0% hike felt very bad no proper response from HR team they need to fight for their employees.

Nothing to like, it is payroll company which thinks that they have done a big thing.

... laptop to some remote area. Just lear how to say no. Remember they are getting.salary because of the people who are working in clients company.

No extra support. U should live with what they give. My increment was in March. But they didn't process and no employee benefits given at covid time.

They hire mostly to deploy there resources to different different clients like Bosch, Honeywell. After joining here associates will be kind of contact to hire only but Datamatics will tell you will be permanent here. My experience was horrible here, I was deployed to Robert bosch and when I dropped my paper no one was replying from Datamatics, I kept sending reminder mail and kept calling to HR and manager but no one was responding, once my manager picked my call and when I asked why u guys are not replying they said I can't release you within 30 days(my official notice period) saying you have dependency there, But when I didn't agreed my manager said we are not going to release you go do whatever you want to do. Finally after doing lots of Natak they released you. From HR to manager, all are highly unprofessional. So be aware from Datamatics.
