Salary is lower than you really deserve. Salary structure is not clear and transparent. Promotion is not based on your skills. Appraisal is nominal. Work is not specialized. You will have to do any work of your project.

Company Culture is Good. Behaviour is the Important thing as per you department. Very best part is learning but there are limits too.

Salary hike Don't know why these company gives less and work more pattern. The insensitive not always for everyone only for few employees even you give you contribution.

Less salary compared to market. No growth compare to monetary as well as management won't listen if it is related to hike or any cost related to company

... There is a small cafeteria but very nice design.and gaming arcade for chilling. Covid - 19 lockdown in very supporting in company no any deduction of salary all employee.company policies are good, appraisal are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Pramotion Benefit and opportunities is very small.management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.
