Salary was okay & on time. Office environment was okay too except for cafeteria

Dislikes

Senior Management has no other work but to micro manage. HR is always busy finding targets to terminate. When I took 5 days Paternity Leave, they started searching for my replacement without any reason. When asked, they spoke white lies. Terrible experience with this company. I left in 15 months . After doing the Interiors of an 8 storied abandoned building, they had the audicity to look for a change probably to reduce costs.

I have joined there as a customer service associate but as per looking to my performance they have pramoted me to looking a new process and handling new process anf it was a Aus process (backend)

Salary is to low in datamatics i use to work for international process but my salary they was providing me was 10000/-.

Been working for 3 years without a simple appreciation or salary increment, work balance is tough to survive, no appreciation rewards for better work done, work from home rules dont even make sence, wont really suggest anyone to join this company.

Beat place to work, gets lot of learning opportunities and mentors just not help you with solutions but one will get valid reasoning for ever action taken.

It’s common thing with most of the companies is the cafeteria need to be upgraded.

Enjoyed working with team mates and managers found them very helpful... work environment is also awsome

Over all was good... but a little difficult to manage between work-life balance... and should atleast have nodal transport available from station
