...o management is off the charts. They want timelines for every second of work. 2. Every now and then we get threatened about deduction from variable pay. 3. Not a single minute of time to relax or just look back at the work that we have done. There is never enough time for anything. 4. Lack of experienced developers in the team. 5. They take your original certificates when you join. 6. They will not respond properly you once you have left the company. Good luck getting your ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES and experience certificates on time. 7. Some departments have Saturdays as working day. People working on same projects may have different working days as they have 1 extra day of work. 8. List goes on...

As a fresher it gives me some experience in working field.. Working environment is good.. It leads to create various innovation in working process simplicity of UK projects

Growth is slow. Salary is less.. Work is not carried out as per employee qualification

No work life balance as such... It disturb you even in your dreams. you were supposed to available to solve issue irrespective of public holiday/festival/weekends/late nights.. Multi tasking is a good skill that everyone like to learn. After coming here, you will forget about learning such a beautiful skill. they eat you completely by not only giving multi task to perform but pressurize you that will make you out of control. No proper requirements where given to you at the start of your project. You will start with some confusion always, yet you can ask lead and get cleared. But after making the software in the same manner as they said, on review they will tell this is not what we told you to do. will makes you volatile to speak any words They make to you engage even in your weekends to learn/read about some relevant books for the project. You will regret why you joined this company. Although you are having overloading task on your head. you are expected to mentor your junior as well as do their projects as well. No proper protocol in software deployment at all. anybody will push the code, spoil the server. Work from office is even more hell situation you ever been.

Nothing much! You will be given priority if you know Tamil or from Tamil Nadu. You will find majority from Tamil Nadu or Tamil background.

Dislikes

They make lot of trouble while exit. HR is very slow in responding to exit formalities and they withhold your degree certificate. You have to sign a bond of one year with them of one lakh. Some people are really hard to work with them here, they never interact with juniors and never leave the cabin. Formal wear are compulsory and security guard will check pocket every time you entire premises, this looks very disrespectful for the engineers.
