They have non transparent appraisal and payscale system ...they pay more for dormant, useless oldies who are part of cartel whereas they don't bother to retain or pay good to credible, hardworking and talented resources. 6. There are no specific KRAs defined, hence performance assessment and promotions are purely based on your relationships with 2-3 dominant people. In conclusion, there are serious people and trust issues in the organisation. Serving CEO is such nice and humble human being but he can't do much to solve people and cultures issues.

Only dislikes. Toxic culture, too much politics, favoritism, managers humiliate you in front of everyone. No matter how much blood and sweat you put in they will favour their favourites who don’t even know the M of marketing.

Coordinator role is more of a personal secretary role to the manager. Very fine line between job description and actual work. Anyone can be duped. For this role there is no team. You are supposed to learn everything by yourself.

Everything is controlled by just one wicked lady in the finance dept who is not even supposed to be taking business decisions. The CEO and the SVP seem to be unaware or helpless can’t really say. Unfortunately such people are in the core management team at DSCI. Every year ppl who do her chamchagiri get promotion and the rest are being questioned on their commitment to job etc. If you are planning on joining the company - be ready to go out with her to smoke to get promoted.
