Dislikes

...connects, and earn browney points from senior management with just show offs. 5. They have non transparent appraisal and payscale system ...they pay more for dormant, useless oldies who are part of cartel whereas they don't bother to retain or pay good to credible, hardworking and talented resources. 6. There are no specific KRAs defined, hence performance assessment and promotions are purely based on your relationships with 2-3 dominant people. In conclusion, there are serious people and trust issues in the organisation. Serving CEO is such nice and humble human being but he can't do much to solve people and cultures issues.

Opportunity to connect with the industry stakeholders.

Dislikes

Lack of leadership and internal stakeholder engagement. Leadership focused on domains that are in line with their goals and rest other are taken for granted. Communication with leadership is hard and can close to become demeaning for employees in the long run. Senior folks in other functions are also not available and are unable to guide folks in the company. There is a significant politics, and priority is given to a small number of employees favored by a few senior folks.

If you want to ruin your career and get mentally sick, join them. The HR will tell you it is Hybrid work or one day work from home is given, but once you join she will be first to raise objections that one should not take WFH. You will be forced to bring business to the table (not part of the JD) failing which you will be looked down by coterie from Finance and to the top of the leadership. Later on they will find petty issues like you don't have PPT making skills, and will be forced to resign. And for sure the Lady which everyone is talking about is evil to the core that she has ensured almost 4 to 5 people leave the organization despite those people having great skills and academic background. To your surprise such career hampering decisions were well supported by the so called CEO of the council. Barring a few people like Govt lead most of them will ensure you feel looked down and excluded.

Only dislikes. Toxic culture, too much politics, favoritism, managers humiliate you in front of everyone. No matter how much blood and sweat you put in they will favour their favourites who don’t even know the M of marketing.
