There is noting to like there..... Work culture is completely toxic and all employees are jealous of each other.

Dislikes

They will not provide you relevant skills and all seniors are very selfish they will never want their juniors to learn more than them. overall company is very toxic and employees are fool.

It was great time working at data nova. Learned alot as a fresher.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. But work environment could be improved. It was more like a strict work restrictions and no flexibility in working hours.

1. Horrible leadership and nepotism at its peak. 2. Heavy work load and low appraisals. 3. Very very horrible micro management. 4. They believe in insulting employees to make them work. 5. It is better to stay at home unemployed then to work here. 6. They fired a lot of employees during covid. 7. They push their employees to write positive review about their company. 8. When covid was a peak They didn't let employees work from home and they called them to office while the management stayed safe at home. I have written a very honest review.
