Dislikes

...ikes are pretty average so much so, they don't even beat the annual inflation. Maybe consider joining it if you join at a senior position and are getting an above average compensation. Basically, the company acts as a service based company for the Danske Bank , without onsite opportunities but with a little better salary.

Amazing work life balance. Zero micromanagement. The salary is slightly low compared to other companies but definitely better than most service based companies. Flexible work timings, some people work from 11 to 7, some from 8 to 4 and some from 9 to 5. I can also choose my hybrid work day schedule.

Work life balance is really good here.

Dislikes

Job security is not at all there. Without any notice and with no reason ( just at the name of cost cutting) you can get fired. 40 senior employees were recently terminated. Equal number were terminated from Denmark parent company (Danske Bank) It had happened earlier as well. Another worst thing is the Cafeteria. It's not worth calling Cafeteria.

I do not like anything about this Company. They have hire and fire policy. They don’t have enough funds to pay the salary to the employees and hence they fire without valid reasons.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
