Some time leadership plans and decisions will surprise the total organization. Most of application and technology are pretty old...but slowly they are coming out and implementing the strategic tools in place.

Work life balance and European work culture.

...ikes are pretty average so much so, they don't even beat the annual inflation. Maybe consider joining it if you join at a senior position and are getting an above average compensation. Basically, the company acts as a service based company for the Danske Bank , without onsite opportunities but with a little better salary.

Amazing work life balance. Zero micromanagement. The salary is slightly low compared to other companies but definitely better than most service based companies. Flexible work timings, some people work from 11 to 7, some from 8 to 4 and some from 9 to 5. I can also choose my hybrid work day schedule.

Dislikes

Slightly less salary compared to industry average. I didn't get any joining bonuses. Not very big on good software practices and standards.

Job security is not at all there. Without any notice and with no reason ( just at the name of cost cutting) you can get fired. 40 senior employees were recently terminated. Equal number were terminated from Denmark parent company (Danske Bank) It had happened earlier as well. Another worst thing is the Cafeteria. It's not worth calling Cafeteria.

I do not like anything about this Company. They have hire and fire policy. They don’t have enough funds to pay the salary to the employees and hence they fire without valid reasons.

Everything. Please do not join this company unless you don’t have choices
