Salary always comes on timely manner.

Dislikes

The bosses often don't communicate well with the team members who are new or less experienced. They also struggle with managing how the work is done. In this situation, the younger team members and developers have to handle most of the important work in the projects. Even though the bosses and more experience leaders are supposed to manage how things are organized and gather what the client needs, the main responsibility falls on the developers. They not only create the apps but also have to find out what the client want. If things don't get done on time or if there are problems with clients, the bosses usually don't know much about the technical side of things and often talk without a good reason. The work environment is pretty tough woth a lot of work to do, no fixed hours, and no appreciation for the hard work the team does.
