...d from very young people without enough experience..No decion taking capability. Many people are always demotivated with too much work but too less pay compared to industry standard.Yearly appraisal is 3 % .

Canteen food, Few HR policies on papers are good but boss will not allow to avail them

Terrible salary structure Increment only for top management Trying to implement jail culture (no wfh, no flexi timing, if you don't swipe before 0800 then penalties Quality of food provided for employees is terrible. If you miss breakfast nothing around to eat
